1. General
These general terms and conditions apply to any offer by VALVOR MAN and to any distance contract established between VALVOR MAN and the consumer.
By placing an order on www.valvorman.com, the consumer agrees to these terms and conditions.
Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if they have been expressly agreed in writing with VALVOR MAN.

3. Product information and use
VALVOR MAN develops and markets high-quality personal care products and perfumes, developed and produced in Germany and the Netherlands.
All products are dermatologically tested and comply with European Cosmetic Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009.
The consumer is responsible for the proper use of the products according to the instructions on the packaging and website.
For allergic reactions: The consumer must report the reaction within 48 hours of delivery at info@valvorman.com, with photo or video evidence. A video conversation will then take place between VALVOR MAN and the consumer to assess the nature of the complaint. Only after this assessment can VALVOR MAN decide on replacement or refund.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices are listed in euros, including VAT.
Payment is made through the payment methods available on the website:
- iDEAL
- Bancontact
- Klarna
- Apple Pay
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
VALVOR MAN reserves the right to change prices, but orders already placed are always delivered at the price in effect at the time of purchase.
5. Delivery
Orders are shipped via PostNL or DHL.
Standard delivery time is 1-3 business days within the Netherlands and 2-5 business days to Belgium.
If there is a delay, the consumer will be notified. VALVOR MAN is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
Shipping takes place at VALVOR MAN's risk until the moment of delivery.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to revoke the order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is returned unused, unopened and in its original condition.
Products whose seals have been broken or which have been used cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
Upon receipt and verification of the return, the purchase price will be refunded within 7 business days.
7. Warranty and complaint handling
VALVOR MAN offers a 6-month warranty on packaging and functionality, and a 2-year legal conformity warranty on product quality.
Allergic reactions will only be considered if reported within 48 hours of delivery, with evidence (photo or video) and after the mandatory video interview.
VALVOR MAN evaluates each complaint carefully. If the complaint is justified, the consumer receives replacement or refund of the purchase price.
Claims are not resolved through store credit.
8. Liability
VALVOR MAN is not liable for damages caused by misuse of products or disregard of instructions for use.
VALVOR MAN's liability remains at all times limited to the amount of the order in question.
9. Intellectual property
All text, images, logos, designs and trademarks on the VALVOR MAN website are the property of VALVOR MAN or its licensors.
They may not be copied, used or distributed without written permission.
10. Privacy
VALVOR MAN handles personal data carefully in accordance with current privacy legislation (AVG).
Personal data is used exclusively for the execution of the order and communication with the customer.
11. Force Majeure
In case of force majeure (such as strikes, illness, natural disasters, pandemics, supplier delays or transportation problems) VALVOR MAN is not obliged to fulfill its obligations as long as the force majeure situation continues.
12. Applicable law and disputes.
All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent Dutch court.
13. Final Provisions
By placing an order, the consumer declares having read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
