2. What personal data do we process?

When you visit our website, create an account or place an order, we may process the following personal data:

• Order and invoice information
• Account information (if created)

We process no special or sensitive personal data.

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• Creating and managing a customer account

• Webshop & hosting: WooCommerce
• Payments: Mollie (incl. iDEAL, Bancontact, Klarna, Apple Pay, credit cards)
• Shipping: PostNL
• Email marketing: Klaviyo
• Ads: Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• Website analysis: Google Analytics (with IP anonymization)

With all processors, we have a processor agreement closed.

6. Transfer outside the EU

Some of our partners (such as Meta, Google and Klaviyo) process data outside the European Economic Area.

In these cases, we provide appropriate safeguards, such as:

• The EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and/or
• Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission

7. Retention periods

We do not keep personal data longer than necessary:

• Order and invoice data: 7 years (legal requirement)
• Account information: as long as the account is active
• Newsletter data: until unsubscription
• Cookies and analytical data: up to 26 months

You have the right to:

• Have data corrected or completed
• Have data deleted (where permitted by law)
• Limit processing
• Object to processing
• Have data transferred
• Revoke previously given consent
