Refund and return policy

At Valvor Man, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Below are our clear policies around returns, refunds and warranty.

Return period

You can place your order within 14 days after receipt return.

Conditions for returns

  • The product is unopened, undamaged and unused.
  • The product is in the original packaging.
  • You report the return in advance via info@valvorman.com With order number, photos and reason for return.

Notice: for hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare and perfume products cannot be returned.

Cost of return

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the product is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered is. In that case, we take over the cost.

Processing returns

Upon receipt and approval of the return, we will refund the purchase price within 5 business days back to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation of this.

Defective or damaged product

Do you receive a damaged or incorrect item? Please take within 48 hours after receipt contact at info@valvorman.com and attach clear photos or videos. We will then provide replacements or refunds.

Warranty

  • 6 months Warranty on packaging and functionality (pumps, caps, leakage).
  • 2-year legal conformity warranty according to EU legislation.
  • Allergic reactions can occur within 48 hours after delivery be reported with photos/evidence.
